It’s enough to make anyone miserable, uncertain of their own shadow…
Adrian Foster has lived in the shadow of suspicion for the better part of his life, since his high school girlfriend was murdered when they were just seventeen. Even after he was cleared, suspicion remained in his small town. He’s made a life for himself, even with the near-constant stares and whispers that plague him, the occasional vandalism and harassment he’s suffered. Most of the time, he’s able to ignore it. Until recently. The notes have become personal, coming more often. He feels someone watching him, even though he sees nothing when he searches the shadows. As the days go by, he becomes more and more paranoid, until he starts to question his own sanity. Nowhere feels safe. Fear begins to consume him, until it all comes to a head, with an ending to his story he never could have imagined.
